For Full or Partial Planning, ideally 9-12 months before your wedding date — that gives us time to secure your top vendor choices and avoid the rush of last-minute planning. For Day-Of Coordination, most couples book 6-9 months out. That said, reach out even if you think it's late — I'll always tell you honestly whether it's still workable.
-
Day-Of Coordination means you've handled all the planning yourself, and I step in during the final weeks to run the rehearsal, coordinate vendors, and manage the timeline so your actual wedding day runs smoothly without you lifting a finger. Full Planning means I'm with you from the very first decision — venue, vendors, design — all the way through the last dance. Partial Planning sits in between: you've started on your own, and I come in to finish it strong.
-
Yes, absolutely — this is exactly what Partial Planning is built for. You keep the vendors and decisions you've already made, and I step in to manage everything else, fill in the gaps, and make sure it all comes together as one cohesive day.

New England is home base and where most of my vendor relationships are, but I'm happy to travel for the right celebration — just let me know your venue location when we talk and we'll figure out what's possible.
Let’s Make Your Special Day One To Remember!
“Victoria understood my vision perfectly and was seemingly everywhere at once, solving problems I didn't even know existed. I was initially apprehensive about hiring a day-of coordinator due to budget constraints, but Victoria was worth every penny and more. She made our special day run seamlessly from start to finish. 100/10” - K&B
